Our main aim is to provide stationery products as well as toys to each and every person in every corner of India with best price and best quality. Currently we are not delivering products outside India.
What are the delivery charges?
Free Delivery: We believe in free products* instead of free delivery, as the stationery products are heavy in weight and hence we are not providing free delivery, instead of that we are providing free products to lucky customers and discounts* in which you can purchase best stationery products online as well as toys with quality.
Flat Delivery Fee of ₹49/- It may vary depending on different sellers and weight of product.
Note: This policy can be changed/updated anytime without any prior notice. We incur relatively higher shipping costs on few items and charge nominal shipping fee which helps us offset logistics costs. The shipping charges and free delivery minimum limit may vary from seller to seller
What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally procure and ship the items within 1-2 working days however delivery might take 2-15 days depending on the delivery location and courier’s services in that area. More customized delivery time based on the delivery location pin code will be available later for customers to estimate delivery time while placing the order. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
When My Order Will Dispatch
We dispatch your order on the same day if the order is placed before 10 Am, otherwise, it will be dispatched in the next day slot. Please note that we are unable any order on Sunday. It’s a holiday for everyone including our staff.
Next Day Delivery
We are providing next day delivery of stationery products purchased online from our portal in selected areas of Delhi on a minimum purchase of ₹999 or above. Soon we are expanding our reach for next day delivery throughout the country.
If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship in some cases delivery can be in partial mode). At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
If you have purchased from different sellers then the shipping charges will be added accordingly to individual seller’s shipping policy and charges and delivery timing may vary according to seller’s location.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.)?
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you pay on the checkout page is including GST and that is the final payable amount.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary?
Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the customers as well as vendors/brands/manufacturers, etc.
