Panda Fashion is an online shopping portal to serve nationally within India. Currently, we are not delivering products outside India.
What are the delivery charges?
Free Delivery: on orders value of Rs. 399 or more (In a single order).
Flat Delivery Fee of Rs. 49/- for orders less than Rs. 499/- For delhi delivery charges are 30 rs only
Note: This policy can change/update anytime without any prior notice. We incur relatively higher shipping costs on few items and charge nominal shipping fee which helps us offset logistics costs. The shipping charges and free delivery minimum limit may vary from seller to seller
What is the estimated delivery time?
We generally procure and ship the items within 1-2 working days however delivery might take 1-15 days depending on the delivery location and courier’s service in that area. More customized delivery time based on the delivery location pin code will be available later for customers to estimate delivery time while placing the order. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship in some cases delivery can be in partial mode). At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Panda Fashion allows returns of the product with full refund of the paid amount as per the following policy*
- Only wrongly shipped/delivered products will be accepted for returns and full refunds.
- The customer needs to raise a return case through return option within 2 working days from the date of delivery by selecting ‘Received Wrong Item’ option in the reason for return.
- Only those products will be eligible for return which are received by us within 10 working days after we agree to return.
- Customer will require to provide proper evidence of wrongly delivered products and Panda Fashion retains the rights to examine whether the products for return or not.
- Panda Fashion Advise you that while unpacking your product kindly record a short video of unpacking your product as it will be used as evidence of product damage or fake product. For Fake products and damaged products only video Evidence (unpacking video) is valid, no other evidence will be acceptable.
- In case of Fake product, it is advised to unpack your product with video-graphy as a proof which can be used to make sure that the seller/courier personnel has sent fake product so that we can take strict actions and we can start refund process of your amount/product. In such case (Fraud case) Only a video evidence will be valid. So it is strictly Advised to shoot a video while unpacking your products and send it to us in case of fraud.We are strictly following check points to minimize such cases but somehow if some case arises like this then only Video Evidence will be validated.
- If eligible, the customer may request a complete refund or reship the ordered product which will subject to the stock availability at that time.
- Panda Fashion will bear the shipping charges for the eligible returned/reshipped products. If the product’s stock is unavailable, then a request for the full refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.
Panda Fashion allows an exchange of the delivered products as per the following policy*
- Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for exchange/refunds.
- The customer needs to raise a return case through refund option within 2 working days from the date of delivery by selecting ‘Dead on Arrival/Faulty’ option in the reason for return.
- Only those products will be eligible for exchange which are received by us within 10 working days after we agree to exchange.
- Customers will require to provide proper evidence of delivering defective/ damaged products and Panda Fashion retains the rights to examine whether the products are eligible for exchange or not.
- If eligible, Panda Fashion will reship the same product to the same address customer, no refund will be issued in this case. In this case, Panda Fashion will bear all shipping charges.
- In case of unavailability of the ordered products, the customer may either request other available products of the same value or full refund.
- In case the returned products are not defective/damaged or not eligible for exchange then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order. The customer will have to bear all the shipping charges in this case.
Cancelling Order Policy
Panda Fashion allows cancelling an order before dispatching products as per the following policy*
- In the event an order successfully placed and the customer wish to cancel, a cancel request should be initiated by sending email to orderinfo@Panda Fashion.comwithin time as per the following schedule-

*The customer should use only orderinfo@Panda Fashion.com email id for communication related to Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancelling orders. Panda Fashion will not be responsible for any loss due to coupon/gift voucher used in order, such amount will not be compensated in case of full refund made.
