Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancelling order placed at this website will be limited according to the following terms-

Return Policy

bazarr24 allows returns of the product with full refund of the paid amount as per the following policy*

  • Only wrongly-shipped/delivered products will be accepted for return and full refund.
  • The customer needs to raise a return case through return option within 2 working days from the date of delivery by selecting ‘Received Wrong Item’ option in the reason for return.
  • Only those products will be accepted for return which are received by us within 10 working days after we agree to return.
  • Customer will require to provide proper evidence of wrongly delivered product(s) and bazarr24 retains the rights to examine whether the product(s) should be returned or not.
  • The products Which are marked as “Non-Returnable”, Those products are not accepted for any kind of refund/return/replacement. Those products will not be accepted for return/refund/exchange request. Those products will only be accepted if they are received damaged and valid proof of damage will be asked which is described below.
  • Bazarr24 Advises you that while unboxing your product kindly record a short video of that, as it will be used as an evidence of damaged product or fake product. For fake products and damaged products only video Evidence (unpacking video) is valid, no other evidence will be acceptable.
  • In case of Fake product, it is advised to unpack your product with video-graphy as a proof which can be used to make sure that the seller/courier personnel has sent fake product so that we can take strict actions and we can start refund process of your amount/product. In such case (Fraud case) Only a video evidence will be valid. So it is strictly Advised to shoot a video while unpacking your products and send it to us in case of a fraud. We are strictly following check points to minimize such cases but somehow if some case arises like this then only Video Evidence will be validated.
  • If eligible, the customer may request a complete refund or reship the ordered product which will subject to the stock availability at that time.
  • bazarr24 will bear the shipping charges for the eligible returned/reshipped products. If the product’s stock is unavailable then a request for the full refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.

Exchange Policy

bazarr24 allows exchange of the delivered product(s) as per the following policy*

  • Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for exchange/refunds.
  • The customer needs to raise a return case through refund option within 2 working days from the date of delivery by selecting ‘Dead On Arrival/Faulty’ option in the reason for return.
  • Only those products will be eligible for exchange which are received by us within 10 working days after we agree to exchange.
  • Customers will require to provide proper evidence of delivering defective/ damaged products and bazarr24 retains the rights to examine whether the products are eligible for exchange or not.
  • If eligible, bazarr24 will reship the same product to the same customer’s address , no refund will be issued in this case. In this case, bazarr24 will bear all shipping charges.
  • In case of unavailability of the ordered products, the customer may either request other available products of the same value or full refund or can wait for the stock availability of the same product.
  • In case the returned products are not defective/damaged or not eligible for exchange then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order. The customer will have to bear all the shipping charges in this case. 

Cancelling Order Policy

bazarr24 allows cancellation of an order before dispatching product(s) as per the following policy*

  • In the event an order successfully placed and the customer wish to cancel, a cancel request should be initiated by sending email to within time as per the following schedule-

Order cancellation requests will be accepted only if the product has not been dispatched until receiving canceling email requests.

*The customer should use only email id for any query related to Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancelling orders. Bazarr24 will not be responsible for any loss due to coupon/gift voucher used in order, such amount will not be compensated in case of full refund made.

7 Days Return Policy

In case you find any problem, damage or defect in the product you can simply return the product to us within 7 days of receiving the product. On Successful processing of returned Item(s), we will refund the entire amount. Please note that the product should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice, and an evidence will be required to prove the damage/defect/problem of the product. Bazarr24 Always advises you to have a short video of unboxing of the product, as only a video evidence will be valid. If there is no video then this return policy will not be applicable, and the product will not be accepted for return and no money will be refunded.

But I opened the seal of the product. Will you take it back?

No, if the seal of the product is opened we will be unable to take back a purchase if you’ve opened the seal.

What do I do? I received a broken/damaged item.

We will take back the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please send us an email to with a valid proof/evidence, Please note down that here only videography of unpacking of the packet will be considered as evidence.

Who will bear the postal charges for goods returned?

If the goods are returned because of any product damage, will replace the product and bear the cost of the return shipment. If the goods are returned because of personal choice changes – e.g. if you ordered a pack of 6 pens, but you now want a pack of 12 and wish to exchange it – would still exchange the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.

What we do about mispricings

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many hundreds of items in our catalogue are mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.
If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we still send the product to you.
